Overdue balance and suspended account after acp wa suddenly taken off

My account was suspended and the balance is around $300. I am currently have no income currently and was receiving the federal program. However, a free phone showed up at my door and did not know whoever sent the phone took the discount without my knowledge. After researching, this had happened to other people in a low income household and there was no resolution. This caused me to being unable to make any payments and I can afford to pay to get my account up to date. Also, I was actually supposed to be on some essentials plan when I qualified for acp. I really need connection to help me with applying for work, online meetings and interviews. Is there anything you can do to help?

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

My bill is supposedly 300$ also was also taken off acp they said put on another account, Not by me thought i got that straight last month. went through same process again. Scheduled 100 dollar payment today then get a text about $300 scheduled payment.😬🤨🤔

go to app and change to 100

Before this i was on the phone trying to get stuff straight

acp, payment amount. phone disconnets.
