Overcharging

You all are illegally trying to charge my charge when it was paid off and transferred to spectrum. When I call the line beeps and cuts off and reps aren’t available. 

I will be getting my lawyer if these charges aren’t erased from my account and my card is charged. My phones are paid off and you’re still trying to charge me.

I'd be happy to help you get in the right direction for a resolution. To get started, please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address. 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
