overcharges
My service went up $30...since I get electronic billing to save you paper and postage, i alsoy set up auto payment and dont scrutnize each monthly bill for hidden small print notices of future increases....you need to send out electronic messages to inform customers of a pending bill change so we have time to study your competitors offers and time to change over.

The onus is on your to read those statements monthly for changes to your service, including increases in fees. By including those notices in the billing statements Comcast has fulfilled its commitment to inform you of these changes. They've done their part, so you should do yours. Autopay doesn't excuse you from your responsibilities.

Well you can be assured I will cancel any eletronic comm option with Comcast in order to force them to send me paper bills which Ii will then review for upcoming increases (costing them printing and postage increases)
....ooops I won't be doing that because I just turned in their equipment and went back to Direct TV, who beat the Comcast price by $54...
