Overcharged

I was told I was locked in for 5 years with the current price of my plan. Come next month I am being charged $30 more a month. You can’t advertise a 5 year locked in price guarantee and then change it to one year.

user_nmhdcg, Hi there! I completely understand your concern. I know I would be frustrated If I were told my pricing was guaranteed for five years and then saw an increase on my bill. We'd like the opportunity to review this further with you and verify exactly what was promised at the time of the sale. If you have any documentation, screenshots, emails, order confirmations, chat transcripts, or other records referencing the 5-year price guarantee, please send them our way via direct mesage. We'll be happy to take a closer look and investigate the discrepancy.

Our goal is to ensure you receive accurate information and help determine what options may be available. We're here to assist and will do everything we can to get clarity on this for you. To get started, would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message.
