Overcharged
This is the third or fourth month in a row that I'm being charged and installation fee when I have never had anything installed and every month they have to go into the system and take off the installation fee. I don't understand why it can't be corrected once and for all it's really starting to become a hassle for me and I'm really getting annoyed now that I have to call every month and send messages to you guys every month because I keep getting billed the wrong amount every month. If you could please get in touch with me at your earliest convenience I would really appreciate it thank you.

Yea this is [Edited: Guideline Violation] xfinity is so expensive I don’t want to pay anymore and cancel my subscription asking me for $350 a month and then every month an installation fee [Edited: Guideline Violation]?!? $35??? Why??? I’m done giving them money.
