Overcharged

I’ve been overcharged for the month of June 2023. I’m on the federal government plan and in the middle of the month of June there is a partial charge of $18.07 and then there was a regular charge of $29.95 which makes the account look like there’s a payment that supposed to be due of $18.07. So there shouldn’t be a partial charge and a full charge for that month either take away the $18.07 and keep the $29.95 or there should be two partial charges, please look into this, so my account doesn’t get cut off. Thank you very much.
