Overcharged Since September 2023 – Refund Request ($105 Total)

Dear Xfinity Support,

I’m writing to formally request a refund for repeated overcharges on my account.

Since September 2023, I have been charged $30 per month instead of the agreed-upon $25 student rate. I visited the Xfinity store by Comcast at 350 Washington St, Boston, MA 02108, several times to address this issue. Each time, I was assured that the billing would be corrected and the overcharges refunded. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved, and no refunds have been issued to date.

The billing discrepancy began due to an error made during my account setup, when a staff member assured me the correct plan would be applied starting the following month. That change was never made.

In total, I have been overcharged $5 per month for 21 months, amounting to $105. Please let me know when I can expect to receive this refund.
