Overcharged on billing again. It seems to be a constant issue with other people dealing with Xfinity. Return payment fees.

Everything in my bank statement is fine. I’ve also been charged for a return fee before even making a payment. Not for the standard 25$ either but for 39$. customer service calls and texts were no help. This is the third time I’ve been overcharged for Xfinitys mistakes. I’d very much like a refund on ALL of it. And to no longer have to continually dispute your mistake in overcharging me. Your site also won’t let me scroll and put this under the correct tag.
