Overcharge

I had a recurring bill of $65 per month but I received a charge of $79.71 for the last billing cycle. The extra charge is not explained anywhere and feels very disingenuous to have been applied without any prior notice. I would like a redressal in the matter please.

Hello, @VinBlazer1000 we always appreciate your public post! My first recommendation would be to review your discount details on page 3 of your billing statement. This is the most common reason for billing increases. Your billing statements will be available from the Xfinity app and when logging into www.Xfinity.com. You will also see all promotional pricing in green font.
