overcharge Xfinity residential

I have a Case # open with Xfinity as of 6/11/2024 . I have been to Xfinity Store on multiple occasions wasted Hours ( not minutes ) with Chat , then Live Agent to resolve

an overcharge of $227.13 from 1/2023 to 5/2024 totaling $3,861.21. I hadn't noticed it ( unfortunately ) until I was moving Service to another residence. There was a

Xfinity MC emailed for $227.13 as a refund which I responded was Unacceptable as that was only retribution for (1) month of overcharge. Not the (17) made with 

Auto-pay.

Thanks for reaching out to us I would not be happy if I was overcharged for services I did not have.

 

generally we only are able refund back the last four months of charges,  being that you were charged since 2023 you do as a customer have a duty to review your bill to make sure you're paying for only the services you need.
