Overcharge Refund

My account has been closed since July and I have been charged for internet ever since I moved. I have had several conversations with support where they have promised that I would receive a check in the mail for the balance.

I have not received this and the xfinity staff are more than useless. It has been months since I was first promised to be paid back.

I cant sign in anymore because the account has been shut down.
