overbilling

In October 2018 when I began my service my bill was 39.99 which included $29.99 for a Performance Plus Internet Plan and $10.00 for a speed increase: Performance Pro Internet. There was a $36.96 service discount applied to my performance plus internet and a $5.00 service discount to my Speed incerease. In August 2019 the $5.00 service discount was removed and my bill became $54.99 - a $15.00 increase ($10.00 more than the $5.00 discount). The $54.99 charges continued through July 2020. In August 2020  the $26.96 service discount was removed and my bill became $84.95 - a $29.96 increase ($4.00 more than the $26.96 discount). As of today, I have been overbilled for $10.00 x 14months (Aug 2019 - Oct 2020) = $140, plus $4.00 x 3months (Aug 2020 - Oct 2020) = $12.00, for a grand total of $152.00.
