Over due bill notifications but I'm paid up

I keep getting emails saying I have an overdue bill but I'm paid in full on the app and processed through my bank. Do I need to change something on my end to stop getting these?

The best way to manage your email communications would be online or through our Xfinity App. On the website, you can select Account > Account and Identity > Account Communications. For more information on this process, you can visit us HERE
