Over charging on mobile and xfinity rep promises to refund was a lie

I got overcharged on my xfinity mobile because my home Wi-Fi did not work properly sill with xfinity by the way. I spoke with multiple customer service representatives and all promised to help and one of them clearly stated that I will get refunded and my January bill will be adjusted. All a big lie as nothing was done, I got the transcript of the rep saying that I Will be credited for $365 for November bill and December will be adjusted, nothing was done. Is there anything I can do to get my refund and my current bill adjusted as promised.
