Over Billing issue and early termination

I renew my contract with Xfinity wit $65 estimated bill monthly including equipment rental charges, but they charged me $90.58 every month under the name of promotion will be activate next month. I called customer service multiple time and they told me something glitch in the system and will be fix next month. I called again ask about disconnect the service and without early termination  fees and they told me yes,  but now i see termination charges $162 on my account. I have confirmed contract with me and showing $65 but now agent can not find in the system. I am sick and tired of this customer care with paying extra monthly charges for 8 month and now early termination charges. Worst service ever I deal with. [Edited: "Solicitation"]. You will save money in long run and peace of mind.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
