Outrageous bill increase

My 600 Mbps internet is set to go from $70 per month to $115.28 next month.  Meanwhile, Xfinity is offering new customers 500 Mbps service for $60 per month guaranteed for 5 years!  Why does Xfinity prioritize new customers over long-time current customers?  Time to look for a new internet provider.

Hello, @user_xe9uqr offers and deals are always market specific, but we always have introductory offers and discounts for current customers. Since your $70 promotion is expiring let's take a closer look at your account and see what we have!
