Outrage. 12/5/24 I want credit.

I had a outage on December 5. I want some type of credit for not having cable tv for sometime. I have been calling. I only get a link to an auto bot. I cannot talk to an agent. It's very frustrating. Could you please rely back and give me my credit to one of your loyal customers?

To check to see if you are eligible for a credit from a recent interruption:

 

Navigate to the Support Page.

Scroll down to the Interruption map and credit.

Click Check credit eligibility.
