Outages and refunds

There have been so many outages I can't even count how many! Xfinity chat is a joke and when the 800 number is called they have no idea what is going on and read the same garbage script over and over again. I have reported them to FCC and hoping something will be done. I shouldn't have to pay for a full month's bill every month when I only have internet sporadically. So tired of their [Edited: "Language"]!!! Looking into AT&T Fiber which a lot of my neighbors have switched to. Xfinity has become one of the worst providers of any kind of service.

user_qg70jp, I am sorry to hear you have had such poor service. That is not what we want for our customers. I would be happy to run through some troubleshooting steps with you to see what is causing this and get it fixed for you. First, can you tell me what steps you have taken on your own? I don't want to repeat things you have already tried.
