Outage

I've just had Internet outage from around 3:00p.m. Friday to 7:00a.m. on Saturday,  don't I get an $$ adjustment on my account?

user_177b62 Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. We suggest going here (https://www.xfinity.com/support/) and go to 'Outage Map and Credit', you can then check for credit eligibility and enter in the details about the interruption you experienced, and you'll see what credit adjustment can be provided based on the time your services were unavailable.

@user_177b62 I wanted to let you know we recently launched a new option to process a credit yourself for the time spent without service. It's perfect for situations like this. If you visit the Status Center and sign in you will be taken to our service center. Scroll to the bottom, and you will see an option to check for eligibility for a credit. You will be asked a few questions regarding the interruption and based on the eligibility a credit will be issued.

You just need to not be in a current interruption and the interruption has to have been within 90 days. A computer generated email regarding the credit will be sent to the email address on file within 24 hours, and it will appear online within 72 hours, and on your next bill.
