Outage rebate
Just trying to get the rebate for the recent icestorm outage. No internet from 1/24 through 2/21. The outage page only lets me select a one week period. I don't want to select a week, and only get that rebate, and not any of the other weeks. Should I just do one week at a time? Probably a simple answer, but the chat bot is pretty much useless.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
