Outage Credits Due to Recent Texas Weather

Hello. Due to the extreme weather that was experienced in Texas, my family and I were not able to access our Xfinity internet services. The dates of the interrupted services were 2/15/2021 - 2/17/2021. There has been information gathered stating that outage credits can be given for interrupted services. Is there a credit that could be applied to the upcoming billing statement, given the circumstances? Thank you in advance for a reply.
