outage credit

My service has been unstable/down for 3 days due to the Mid-Split upgrade - and now I was just texted that it is still not done so at the very least there will be a 4th day. Service drops at varying intervals for 5-45 min. The automated system is denying credit because it’s labeled 'maintenance,' but 96+ hours of interruption is an outage. I have 'UCD invalid' errors in my logs. I’d like a credit applied for the sub-standard service.  Thank you.

Hello user_35oee2 thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums! When requesting these credits, are you using the Xfinity Assistant or our Xfinity Status Center? If there are known service interruptions currently affecting your area, we do want to wait for those to clear before applying any credits. This may also be why the credit widget is not responding, unless you've also already applied for multiple credits previously.
