Outage Credit

I would like to request an outage credit as the internet was down since 4AM, I have had to use my mobile hotspot in order to complete documentation for work that is using up my services data.

@Sath.S We have started a simplified interruption adjustment experience for all our customers who qualify.

Please follow the prompts all the way through. You will then be able to review your submission and can add the adjustment to your account.
