Outage Credit
My internet was out for at least 4 hours today. I work from home, so this caused me to lose 4 hours of work. Your site says that you do not offer credit for maintenance outages, but this is not acceptable. if it were less than an hour I would be willing to let it go, or 2 hours even. but when it's half my day that is unacceptable.

To get started, please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name, as well as your full and complete address. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Same exact scenario today—- ended up offering me a whopping 5$ credit. Luckily this happened as the ALLO fiber trucks are rolling into town. If it’s the same cost or less there is zero possibility they could be less competent than Xfinity.
