Hello, @user_d84a44. Thank you for posting to the Xfinity Community Forum to share your experience. We've opened up a feature that will allow you to request credits for your downtime when experiencing these types of service interruptions. To receive a credit for your two-day interruption, please visit: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status, and click the link. Tell us more about your experience in the Outage Tips section at the bottom of the page where it says "You may be eligible for a credit. Check eligibility" click that link. A form launches to determine eligibility for the credit. From there you will simply just answer the questions! Please let me know if this helps.
