How do I go about getting the $15 a day credit for storm outage.

I was affected from Feb. 15th - 18th.

Hello, @mdaigrepont! I hope you're staying safe and warm! You would need to visit, sign in with your Xfinity ID and then you should see the option under outage tips "tell us more about your experience." Under there, it'll provide you with the option to have the credit applied if your account qualifies.
