Outage bill credit

Have experienced outages on January 27th most of the day. Missed football playoffs. Also had an outage on February 3rd for about 24 hours.

If you are requesting credit for an interruption, and if your account meets all requirements for eligibility, including not having reached the maximum credit limit, a credit will be applied automatically. You can visit our Status Center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status. Log in with your Primary Xfinity ID.

  • Scroll down to the Tips in case of an outage section.
  • Click the Check eligibility link.
