online payment portal has not been working for quite a few days

I have been unable to pay my bill online.  When will the payment portal be functional and how can I get a message to customer service?  Phone help is closed, AI chat is unhelpful.  There seems to be no email address for customer service.

I get this from the link in my email from comcast billing, the link on the xfinity billing/account web page, and the link from the AI chat bot.  Thanks for your help.

Thank you for that information. Have you attempted to process the payment after you've cleared your browser's cache and cookies? We've also seen customer's have success by attempting to process a payment while using their browser's incognito/private mode. Those features eliminate browser add-ons that could be interfering. You also have the ability to make payments using the Xfinity app!

No error code, just loops on validation via text SMS to phone or email.
