ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL DOES NOT WORK.....sure makes total sense....
So how long is Xfinity gonna juggle us around with this issue? Giving us the same "answer" even though we've tried everything three times...How about its on your end and not ours? And if this is causing so much issues then why are you making it so difficult to access the webpage?
