online billing is showing in Spanish not English

Logged on to my account to see my bill and it's in Spanish not English. Bottom of page won't allow me to switch to English

The concern is not "E-mail" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@EG​ Still having the same issue of bill show in spanish and english, when I expand the bill it's in spanish.

Hello, @bacboo. We can certainly help look into this, please send a DM with your full name and the full service address. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityRoberto​ Accessing via my computer. When I get the email that my bill is ready to view, I click on the link and go to billing. When I expand the billing statement the break down of charges is in Spanish and not English.  At the bottom of the page on the right it has 

English Spanish in which it has Spanish selected and won't let me change to English.
