Online bill pay Error!!!

Looks like something went wrong

Please reload the page and try again.

I have tried different browsers, cleared cookies, deleted my app, reinstalled, different locations, different devices and NOTHING works.  Online chat is super frustrating as I get NOWHERE!  Fix your payment site!!!!

I can definitely feel the frustration coming through that post, there is nothing more stressful than trying to pay a bill on time and being met with a technical "wall" at every turn. Especially after you've already done all the heavy lifting with troubleshooting! I apologize for the 'loop' you’ve been stuck in. It is incredibly taxing to go through the trouble of clearing cookies, switching devices, and reinstalling apps only to have the site still not cooperate. That is certainly not the seamless experience we want for you.

 

Since you've already handled the standard troubleshooting steps, I’d like to take a deeper look at your account profile from our end. Sometimes a small backend sync error can cause these persistent 'reload page' messages, and we want to get that cleared up, so you can manage your account without the headache. To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
