Ongoing Xfinity Billing Issues - feels like automatic billing fraud and its hasn't been fixed after 2 store visits. Online support is DOA.
I have recently experienced ongoing billing issues with Xfinity. I have 3 accounts, and in Feb each jumped 30% or more without warning, so I went to the xfinity store to find out what's up.
I signed up for new contracts on the accounts to reset the billing to near what it had been prior, for the most part.
In Mar, the billing didn't reflect the discounted prices properly, so i went back to the store. New offers were now available and they again reset the account billing, saving a bit more than before in Feb.
Now in May I just got billed and the rates are back to what I was billed in Feb. I've spent hours on this...others having issues with Xfinity overcharging subscriptions??
