Ongoing REFUND issue??????

Refund went to my account. I no longer have an account. Was supposed to send me payment, not credit account that I no longer have?

LOOK IT UP..........................AND SEND ME A REFUND CHECK FOR $65.25 IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! STOP PLAYING AROUND WITH THIS!!!!!!!!

Hello, @user_kgkwp6 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for help, and completely understand wanting to get your refund back. If all Xfinity equipment has been returned, the refund will first be attempted to be sent back to the last payment method used. If the payment return to last method used is unsuccessful and an email address is on file, you'll receive an email on how to request the refund to be sent. 

Customer's who don't have an email address on file and payment couldn't be returned to last payment method will have the refund sent via mail and that process takes about 4-6 weeks. Here is a helpful article I found online that has more information.
