Ongoing Issues with Mobile Billing
I had an issue with Xfinity Mobile - signed up for a mobile phone under false pretences. After spending 4 hours with various forms of communication, I finally got a call back from a rep, who apologized and said he would make it like it never happened and would credit everything I was charged. Big surprise - no credit and today, another $24 charge. The rep I spoke today said the credit would come in 30 days. Come on, people.
Where is the customer service?
