How can YOU charge so much money for your service and you can't get your online billing system to work. You have the worst customer service. You should be ashamed to not have an up to date system for easy access to pay your ridiculously high charges. A very unsatisfied customer

@user_x5gj37 I'm sorry for how we have made you feel. Rest assured you're in the right hands for help and a resolution. We have a few options for you to pay your bill. You can use our famous website at https://www.xfinity.com/overview and log in with your username and password.
Our Xfinity app is also free to download. You would log in with your username and password as well. We can send you a onetime payment link from or side of things.
Our automated system is another way you can call in at 800XFINITY and make a payment, you can also select the option for live rep for an assisted payment, this is the only option that comes with a fee.
I can understand wanting to save money and keep costs low in this economy. Our plan builder is also available from our famous website at https://www.xfinity.com/overview. Once you log in with your Xfinity username and password you can access the current promotions we have. We can assit you with changing to any plan you find.
