On Demand Channels on Bill but not showing on "Manage Channels" on TV to remove them
Hello, I have six On-Demand channels on my bill and five of them I never watch. I went to remove them on both the website and using the Manage Channels section with the remote and both places did not "let me." The website only suggests that I add channels and the cable box does not have them selected to remove them. I am looking at my hard copy bill and the ones that I do not ever use are:
Gaiam TV Fit and Yoga O Demand
Faith and Family On Demnd
Gaia on Demand
AMC + On Demand
Docurama On Demand
How do I remove these from my bill/subscription? Would you do this form me? Thanks!

Nevermind...I'm replying to my own post b/c i misread the situation. I received a notification of increased services for EVERYONE but not all of it applied to me! Sorry. No need to address my issue. I simply wasn't looking at my plan yet.
