Old account statement

I need to access statements from January of 2024, on an old account with xfinity.

Just to start, have you tried logging into your Xfinity account using your Xfinity ID? Sometimes, even with older accounts, you can still access past statements through your online account history. If you're not sure of your Xfinity ID, or if you've already tried that and it didn't work, don't worry; we'll explore other options. I have a current xfinity account but it is only showing me statements from May 2024 and onward.

user_77zxgk  Thank you for that update. I would like to take a closer look at your account and see if I can send you a link for the statement you are looking for. To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
