Offered two years of Xfinity Mobile data line with ipad for free with new internet connection but charged

On Sep 5th, I was offered two years of Xfinity mobile data line with ipad for free when I purchased a new Xfinity internet plan. Name of the agent I talked to is Abhishek. But now I'm being charged $65 every month for this. 

I complained with Xfinity customer service and they just kept on switching my case between internet and mobile customer services without any resolution.
