offered a year of free Xfinity Mobile Unlimited service but charge
Hi,
I recently signed up for home internet service with Xfinity, which included a promotion for one year of free mobile service. When I encountered issues activating my SIM, I contacted customer support. I was sent a physical SIM card and was assured that I would not be charged.
However, I have noticed that I am being charged $57.72 per month for two phone lines.
These charges are incorrect and would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible, including a refund for any amounts that were wrongly charged.
