now wifi pass help
I am trying to get assistance with charges on my son's account for now wifi pass, which is not authorized. I called the now wifipass number and they referred me to a link that doesn't exist and I cannot get an Xfinity agent to help me. I keep getting tangled up in virtual assistant. How do I reach a live person??

Who do i call for now Wi-Fi pass $10.00 for a refund for 3 months keeping getting charge for this when paid for essentials $29.99 i don't need a hotspot i got charge for 0n 3/9/25 10.00 for something i don't get and on 2/7/25 for $10.00 and on 1/8/25 for $10.00. I need a phone Number or a agent
