Now mobile bill payments won't go thru

Trying to pay my now mobile bill. Every time I try it says, something went wrong with our system. My service is off!!!!!!!!! How can I pay this [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] bill

And did I mention my service is off since 9am today. Also, my now mobile plan etcetera has completely DISAPPEARED from my xfinity/Comcast app. I'm so angry right now cause I have been trying to pay this stupid 25.00 bill ALL DAY and no one csn 

Help me, process my payment, tell me why it won't accept my payments or even get to live person. I'm so done with this xfinity [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"]

Good morning, @user_mhoe26 . I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced. I can completely understand why you'd be upset after spending all day trying to pay a $25 bill, having your service disconnected, receiving system errors, and not being able to get the help you need. With NOW Mobile services, our support options are unfortunately limited, and we don't have access to the same account management tools that are available for traditional Xfinity Mobile accounts. Have you been able to reach the NOW Mobile support team directly regarding the payment error and the missing service information in the app? They would be the best team to investigate why your payment isn't processing, why the plan has disappeared from your account, and what is needed to restore your service. Again, I truly apologize for the inconvenience. I know this is especially frustrating when your service has been unavailable since this morning, and I appreciate your patience while trying to get this resolved. 💙
