Now internet

I paid my bill for my now Internet, and within 15 minutes I no longer had access. I got an email stating it was paused. I went onto the app, sure enough, paused... I spent that night until 1 am. And all day the next day on chat trying to get help. Spoke with 14 people. Literally 14 people. They gave me number after number to call...  It would hang up after telling me to reach out to the chat. Had a tech come to the house. Confirmed my modem was working and my service should be on showed him my app saying paused. He called his supervisor. We confirmed my autopay is on. My bill was paid on the 18th and processed. We have limited access to the account is what I keep being told. So you took my payment, but can't provide me a resolution. I asked for a refund. I wanted to cancel service. I was given ticket number ecm0019932452 .. look it up on the digital ticket page and it doesn't exist. So much for a resolution, or customer service. I paid for a service you have no access too and can't help me fix. I feel like I just got scammed.
