Not receiving bills in the mail
This isn't even remotely the first time this has happened, but it's been two months in a row now that the bill hasn't shown up. We can't do paperless billing due to other issues and i'm not logged in all the time to see the bill when it processes, and i only get an email update when the bill is late already so that's useless. I wanna know if there's anything i can do to make sure the bill actually shows up so we don't get late payment fees when they don't

Hi @AmaraA1, sorry to hear that it's been difficult to switch to paper billing!
While here on social media we cannot take payments or payment information, for security purposes, we can certainly check the billing preferences on the account for you! If you'd like us to, please use the below instructions to send us a direct message. In the meantime, you can also set up your preferences for the bill notifications, so you know when the bill is ready :)
