Not received mobile trade in credit

I’ve been following up on my mobile trade-in credit since December, and it’s been over four months with absolutely no resolution. I’ve spent hours on the phone with your call center, and every time I’m told the same thing — that it’ll be resolved soon — but that never happens. The level of false promises and lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating. I handed in my device at the store for shipping, it got damaged in transit and was returned to me, so I went back to the store. They asked me to ship it again and the store manager assured me they spoke with corporate and that I would definitely receive my trade-in credits. Still nothing. I’ve had around 10–12 different incident numbers and escalations with no actual progress. Your escalation team keeps making promises they never follow through on. I’ve been more than patient, but this has gone on way too long — I need this resolved immediately.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
