Not getting Xfinity autopay discount

I enrolled in Xfinity autopay discount a couple of months ago, but still it is not applied to my bill.

Hello, user_cun44q! I hope you are having a terrific Tuesday! Thanks for spending some of it with our team. We are happy to help figure out why the discount has not applied. Do you have the paperless billing option turned on? Have you kept the same automatic payment method since you signed up a couple of months ago?

It's been 45+ days and I have used my bank account for it. I am enrolled in paperless billing option too.

Thanks for confirming that it has been the same method, you have paperless billing set up, and that it has been more than 45 days, @user_cun44q. You certainly should be seeing that by now. We would be happy to take a look and get this fixed for you.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

I enrolled in Xfinity autopay discount a couple of months ago, but still it is not applied to my bill.

It can take up to 45 days before that discount is applied.  Did you sign up for it to be taken out of your bank account or out of a debit/credit card?
