I am a college student and I got an account with the student discount, but I never received anything to verify that I am a student. So on my monthly bill I still have not received that discount.

@user_998e7e, at your convenience use the Direct Message icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." When it comes to the details of your bill, we will need to work in a DM. Once we locate your account, we will take a closer look at the student discount and get you the information you need!
