Not getting $10 autopay and paperless credit

Hello - i have had $10 autopay and paperless credit but I am not getting the credit for it.

I have had this enabled for a while now and I am expecting to receive credits for the months that these have been enabled. I was under the assumption that this is automatic!!

Thanks for reaching out to us,  if you're account is eligible for the $10 auto pay discount for having it set up under your checking account,  once you add your checking account that $10 discount should be applied within 45 days
