Not billed yet?

Hello. I tried to pay my bill online like I normally due. It does not show up that I have a payment due. It shows the balance as $0.00. It shows my last payment as last month which is correct. When will the charges for this month come out? It shows something about updating the billing system, but I can not pay my bill?
