Not accepting my payment. No representatives to help!
I am trying to pay my bill and keep getting the same message “error unknock” or “same amount process attempted earlier today” so none of my payments go through. Please allow me to give you my money for the service I pay for. I need a human representative to call me. This is ridiculous

That team, and the Live Chat agents are certified to take payments securely. For the experience you have, call your bank and make sure they're approving the draft, and use another device or try a different payment method if it continues.
