Not able to cancel service
Hi everyone,
I recently called xfinity to cancel my service and it has still not been cancelled nor have I received any confirmation mail about the same,or seen it reflected in my account.
In fact today they charged me for another month which is just unfair and now I am also unable to schedule a call with their customer agent.
Please help me with this, it is very frustrating.
